Performance Testing Engineer We are seeking professionals specialized in Performance Testing Execution and Analysis (SSDD) to join strategic projects in a banking environment. Positions to be filled will vary depending on experience—from profiles with established expertise in advanced analysis to those with intermediate experience in test execution. The selected candidate will participate in performance validation of critical applications, bottleneck analysis, and optimization of complex environments. General Requirements Solid experience in performance testing (SSDD) execution and analysis Experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools Experience in SQL and NoSQL tuning Basic Java programming knowledge. Specific Knowledge Advanced proficiency with testing tools such as Neoload, LoadRunner, or similar. Experience with monitoring tools such as Atenea, Dynatrace, Strobe, Mainview, etc. (basic level). Knowledge of banking architectures (NACAR, SPRING, APX, ASO, IMS, Titán, LRA, etc.) is desirable. Main Responsibilities Design, execution, and analysis of performance tests in critical environments. Identification of bottlenecks and proposal of improvements. Monitoring application behavior using APM tools. Optimization of SQL / NoSQL queries and databases.
