Comprehensive training and support We need to hire an administrative assistant for an industrial machinery repair workshop in La Pobla Tornesa. This position is created to cover a maternity leave, and there is a strong possibility the contract will be extended, with professional development opportunities in the commercial area or administrative reinforcement, tailored to the workshop’s needs. The person joining the team will be solely responsible for administrative tasks at the workshop. However, they will receive comprehensive training and support from the current administrative staff prior to their official start date, ensuring a smooth transition. Responsibilities will include general administrative management, issuing and tracking supplier and purchase invoices, monitoring financial forecasts, reconciling bank statements, and organizing all documentation. Support will also be provided for daily workshop tasks, and communication with suppliers and customers will be managed. The contract is temporary and part-time, with an annual gross salary between 9\.000 and 11\.000 euros.
