




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative staff member for the commercial department to manage internal logistics, supervise daily operations, and communicate with customers at a leading machinery rental company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Internal logistics management and coordination to optimize processes. 2. Daily issue management and documentation preparation. 3. Use of specialized software for procurement and transportation control. We are looking for an administrative staff member for the commercial department of a prominent machinery rental company located in Casarrubuelos. Main responsibilities include managing and coordinating internal logistics, supervising daily operations to optimize processes. The role requires using specialized software for procurement and transportation control, efficiently assigning daily pickups, and communicating with customers. Daily incidents with drivers will also be managed, and necessary documentation for technicians will be prepared. A temporary contract of 2\+1 months is offered, with potential subsequent integration into the company. Working hours vary by season: from May to September, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 18:00 (with a one-hour lunch break), and Fridays from 8:30 to 15:00\. From October to April, working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:30 (with a one-hour lunch break), and Fridays from 8:30 to 15:00\. In August and on holidays’ eves, working hours will be from 8:30 to 15:00\.
