Cantoria, ES, 4850 **What we are looking for** As an **Electrical Engineering Leader**, you will manage a team and coordinate the industrialization of all investments and R\+D\+i developments, taking responsibility for managing all investments **from the design phase through commissioning and handover to internal customers**, collaborating with colleagues from the Department on cross-functional projects within your area of responsibility, serving as the Process Engineering reference for Plant Directors. **Location:** Cantoria (Almeria) **Your main responsibilities** **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Electrical design and engineering of machines, production lines, and process installations: Detailed engineering of electrical projects for 100% of industrial facilities using EPLAN software. * Validation of new electrical automation designs carried out by external parties, ensuring compliance with relevant standards regarding electrical safety, functional safety, explosive atmospheres (ATEX), electromagnetic compatibility, etc. * Standardization: Development of electrical specifications to improve reliability, safety, and maintenance of installations, avoiding an increase in spare parts inventory, increasing material availability, reducing repair times due to technicians' familiarity with consistently used materials. * Base project: Digitized project to receive and maintain high-quality documentation based on our internal standard. * Safety: Analysis, design, and collaboration with certification bodies on electrical/electronic engineering matters related to CE marking and RD1215\. * Technical Support: Validation of technical offers, monitoring of electrical budgets, technical assistance, and collaboration in resolving incidents and unforeseen issues during installation and commissioning. * FAT Tests: Pre-reception tests of electrical equipment. Critical for detecting defects (in construction, safety, operation) before arrival at COSENTINO and during machinery or installation assembly stages. * SAT Tests: Electrical tests once everything is installed at the plant. * Documentation: Nameplate specifications and CE marking; User and Maintenance manuals for components; Checklists; Updated Electrical Schematics (in E\-Plan format) * Commissioning of Machinery, when handing over the installation to the Plant * Consulting: Analysis for improving digitalization in Electrical Engineering with Industry 4\.0 principles. Internal management of Electrical Projects. **What you need to succeed** **Education:** Higher University Degree in Industrial Engineering / Other engineering disciplines such as chemical or mechanical. Knowledge of Production and Logistics Processes PMP certification in project management is desirable High level of English (C1\) Proficient in Autocad and Solidworks **Design and calculation software** Autocad 2D/3D at document review level, interpretation of drawings Technical 3D design software SAP R3 **Softskills** Management and leadership of process engineering and/or multidisciplinary teams. Effective communication. Conflict management. **Experience:** At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
