Cantoria, ES, 04850 **What we are looking for** As a LEAN & Continuous Improvement professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the use, implementation, and sustainability of LEAN methodologies, identifying waste in the production process and proposing improvements to optimize it. You will report hierarchically to the Manager of the Productive Autonomous Unit, and functionally to the Center of Excellence. Location: Cantoria, HQ (Almería)**Your main responsibilities** * Ensure the strategy proposed by the COE Lean “visual management”, related to operational meetings (R5, RUA, R30, Rtrends, RCA, shift handover, etc.), through implementation, training staff, ensuring compliance and continuous monitoring. * Monitoring and tracking of KAIs/KPIs performance indicators of the UA. * Root cause analysis (RCA), development of action plans and follow-up. * Use of Lean tools (5W2H, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) to resolve operational issues. * Leadership in implementing continuous improvement through Lean methodology. Selection and implementation of tools to increase efficiency and quality in processes. (Kaizen events, 5S, SMED, Gemba walk…) * Manage factory process standardization, use and training on document management systems. * Execution of Lean projects **Requirements for success** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar **Desirable:** Green Belt/Lean practitioner Experience in problem solving, 5S, SMED Implementation of meeting routines and audits **Personal competencies:** Teamwork skills and communication and influencing abilities Multitasking management capability Proactivity, motivation and responsibility **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in related functions and use of 5S, Kaizen and Muda tools **Language:** Intermediate level of English **What we offer** Stable project within a leading company in the sector**About Cosentino** At COSENTINO our purpose is to inspire people through innovative and sustainable spaces.
