




Job Summary: Collaborate with all hotel departments to address maintenance requests, conduct periodic inspections, and repair issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interdepartmental collaboration for hotel maintenance. 2. Proactive and reactive maintenance of equipment and facilities. 3. Management of the maintenance team and budget. * Collaborate with all hotel departments. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other staff members reporting maintenance needs throughout the hotel. * Conduct periodic inspections of various equipment, such as swimming pools and their pumps, pipes and filters, and safety devices such as handrails and stairs. Repair issues in the hotel, such as broken tiles, loose handrails, dirty swimming pool, leaking pipes, malfunctioning air-conditioning units, etc. * Maintain an appropriate and timely service schedule for the hotel’s heating and air-conditioning equipment, including air-conditioning units, water heaters, and boilers. * Supervise the maintenance team and conduct periodic performance reviews to address issues. * Always provide excellent customer service to guests. * Prepare maintenance reports and manage the maintenance budget, including expense justification and reporting.
