Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide care and support for elderly individuals in Gijón, including direct assistance, food administration, and postural changes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct assistance with personal hygiene and food administration. 2. Performing postural changes according to an individualized care plan. 3. Maintaining smooth communication of incidents to ensure well-being. In Gijón (Asturias), we are looking to hire a professional to provide care and support for elderly individuals. Main responsibilities will include direct assistance with personal hygiene, food administration, and performing postural changes in accordance with an individualized care plan. Additionally, it is essential to promptly and clearly communicate any incidents that may arise during the performance of duties. For this position, it is mandatory to hold official certification in Vocational Training for Nursing Assistant Care or in Care for Dependent Persons, or the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. Prior experience in nursing homes or in caring for dependent or disabled individuals will be considered favorably. A permanent employment contract will be offered, with full-time hours scheduled across morning and afternoon shifts. Salary will be determined in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for Services for Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy. A personal vehicle is required to travel to the workplace.
