Job Summary: We are seeking a home care assistant to provide direct user care, including hygiene, nutrition, home organization, and mobilization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Person mobilization and leisure activity support We are looking for a home care assistant in Huércal de Overa. Candidates must hold the Professional Qualification Certificate for Social-Healthcare Assistance to Dependent Persons at Home or in Social Institutions, or a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification such as Nursing Assistant Technician, Social-Healthcare Technician, or Technician for Assistance to Dependent Persons. One year of experience in a similar role will be positively considered. Knowledge of mechanical hoist operation for person mobilization is essential. Main duties include providing direct in-home user care following guidelines established by responsible technical staff. This includes assistance and supervision regarding personal hygiene, dressing, nutrition, as well as maintaining household order—including food preparation and grocery shopping. Person mobilization tasks—both mechanical and assisted—will also be performed, including getting up, going to bed, repositioning, and moving within the residence. Support will be provided for leisure activities and accompanying users outside the home. A part-time work schedule is offered, with flexible hours from Monday to Sunday, adapted according to agreement. The employment contract will be temporary.
