We are currently looking to hire a **First-Class Bodywork Technician / Panel Beater** for our **Martorell** center, reinforcing our **Body and Paint Department**. ### **What will be your mission?** Independently perform complex vehicle body and structural repairs, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to the manufacturer’s technical standards. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Comprehensive repair of body damage and structural components. * Technical diagnosis and assessment of repairs. * Performing **frame alignment work**, measurement, alignment, and structural correction. * Replacement, repair, and adjustment of parts. * Complete disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components. * Panel repair and shaping. * Vehicle preparation for painting processes. * Quality control of completed repairs. * Application of technical procedures according to manufacturer standards. * Maintaining workshop order and proper use of equipment and tools. **Profile:** ----------- * Proven experience as a **First-Class Bodywork Technician / Panel Beater**. * **Experience in frame alignment and structural repair** (mandatory requirement). * Ability to work independently and handle complex repairs. * Experience in vehicle disassembly and reassembly. * Commitment to quality and precision in work execution. * Valid driver’s license class B. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in official dealerships or specialized workshops. * Training in bodywork, automotive engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of repair procedures according to manufacturer standards. * Experience with vehicles from the **SEAT / CUPRA or VAG Group**. * Skills in welding and advanced repair techniques. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Stable employment in an established and growing company within the automotive sector. * Working hours: 08:00–13:00 and 13:30–16:30. * Competitive salary based on experience and expertise. * Continuous training and technical development. * Positive work environment and a well-established professional team. * Real opportunities for career growth within the group. * Integration into a workshop equipped with advanced technology and specialized tools.
