At Grupo Marco, we are continuously growing and currently need to incorporate a **Surveying/Technical Office Manager** into our Civil Works team. Barcelona **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct and review surveying operations and calculations required for projects. * Process and analyze field data to prepare drawings. * Prepare technical documentation and reports required by the Site Manager. * Ensure surveying data complies with quality specifications and standards. * Collaborate with the construction team to interpret and adjust drawings according to project requirements. **Job Requirements: Skills and Experience** * Degree in Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a technical office. * Advanced proficiency in surveying and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). * Experience using surveying equipment and GPS systems. * Attention to detail and ability to work with precision. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across multiple project areas. * Communication skills and ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. **What will you find if you join us?** Permanent employment contract from day one, full-time schedule Monday to Friday. **Attractive financial conditions.** We offer a competitive remuneration package, with a market-aligned salary adjusted to your experience and professional profile. **Professional development and training plan:** We’ll walk this path together—you set the pace.
