Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to guarantee a safe and operational environment. Main responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities. * Diagnose and repair basic faults in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. * Monitor the proper operation of equipment and facilities. * Respond to incidents and resolve them efficiently. * Carry out minor repairs and facility improvement tasks. * Monitor the condition of tools and materials required for maintenance. * Comply with safety procedures and occupational risk prevention measures. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of facilities. Requirements * Prior experience in building or facility maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and masonry. * Ability to identify and resolve technical incidents. * Responsible, organized individual with a proactive attitude. * Availability to work shifts, if required.
