We are currently seeking a **Warehouse Operations Manager** to join our logistics platform located in **Tordera**. Your main mission will be to coordinate and supervise the logistics platform’s operations during your assigned shift, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, service, and safety targets, and leading section supervisors to guarantee efficient operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and order picking. * Coordinate and support section supervisors in managing their teams. * Monitor operational KPIs and propose improvement actions. * Manage operational and system incidents in coordination with IT and other relevant departments. * Ensure compliance with work procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Drive continuous improvement, resource optimization, and team versatility. * Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and other cross\-functional departments to ensure operational continuity. * Lead the team by fostering clear communication, motivation, and professional development. **Requirements** * Technical education in logistics, engineering, business administration (ADE), supply chain, or related fields is desirable. * Additional training in Lean Manufacturing, team management, and occupational health and safety (PRL) is desirable. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience supervising or managing teams in logistics environments or high\-volume warehouses. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing receiving and shipping operations. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Planning and organization * Incident resolution * Results\-, quality\-, and safety\-orientation * KPI analysis and continuous improvement * Effective communication * Adaptability and flexibility **What do we offer?** * Join a company transforming the furniture and decoration industry. * Be part of an ambitious project offering significant professional development and growth opportunities. * Enjoy a unique workplace with new, open, and sustainable offices. * Fresh fruit available every morning.
