We take this purpose very seriously, and our employees embody these guiding principles in everything we do: ***passion for success, honesty and trust, customer collaboration, teamwork and inclusion, learning and adaptability, excellence and innovation***. **ABOUT THE POSITION** Manage and optimize, in terms of cost and time, the procurement and supply of raw materials, products, or equipment for the company, in accordance with guidelines established by the Procurement Manager, to ensure production targets and on-time delivery to customers. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ➢ Provide suppliers with the necessary documentation for purchase approval, in collaboration with the Quality Department. ➢ Coordinate relationships between suppliers and other company departments. ➢ Analyze supplier pricing. Calculate average price increases. Negotiate minimum price increases with suppliers. ➢ Send supply schedules and studies to suppliers. ➢ Resolve incidents with suppliers. ➢ Manage inventory. ➢ Receive imports and track related orders. ➢ Manage both supplier and creditor onboarding, as well as the entry of pricing into the management system (Movex). ➢ Prepare documentation for product returns to suppliers and claim credits. ➢ Support the Production Department in addressing supply issues that may affect production. ➢ Place orders for consumables and capital expenditures. ➢ Process invoices in Scanvision (price discrepancies, quantity mismatches, payment terms, missing orders, etc.). ➢ Enter annual physical inventory data and manage inventories at subcontracted suppliers. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** ➢ Minimum: Higher Vocational Training Cycle or 2 years of equivalent experience ➢ Proficient computer user skills **WHAT WE OFFER** ➢ Flexible working hours ➢ Temporary contract **Don’t meet all the requirements?** At Fluidra, we foster an inclusive workplace, so if you’re interested in this role but your experience doesn’t match 100%, we still encourage you to apply!
