We are seeking personnel for picking tasks at a reverse logistics warehouse in La Roca del Vallès. The main responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and redistributing products returned by customers. This is a dynamic role requiring control over each item from the moment it enters the facility until it leaves, ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining a detailed record of the entire process. Team coordination is essential to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of productivity targets. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing products to either return them to inventory or dispatch them again, as appropriate. To perform these tasks, radiofrequency (RFID) terminals and other technological tools will be used to precisely manage the flow of goods. This role demands attention to detail and strict adherence to established protocols, directly contributing to greater efficiency in the product lifecycle. A minimum of one year’s prior experience in warehouse or logistics environments is required. Practical knowledge of radiofrequency (PDA) terminals for operation recording is mandatory. Experience specifically in returns processing, e-commerce operations, and handling sorting systems (sorter) will be considered a strong advantage. Availability to work morning shifts is a fundamental requirement.
