Currently, we are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Process team. **Responsibilities** ---------- **What will you do at Airplan?** As a **Documentation and Validation Technician**, you will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation and qualification of our projects, guaranteeing compliance with good practices, regulatory standards, and user requirements. Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing technical and qualification documentation (FAT, IQ, OQ, SAT) to ensure quality compliance. * Executing qualifications and internal and on-site quality controls according to customer requirements. * Defending technical documentation before the client, either in person or remotely. * Performing assigned documentation and qualification tasks on time and to the required quality standard. * Keeping up-to-date with regulations, good practices, and industry standards to ensure their correct application. * Collaborating on the continuous improvement of departmental procedures and templates. * Ensuring quality management system assurance by maintaining the ERP-integrated Quality Database up to date. **Requirements** -------------- **What we are looking for** **Experience**: * 3\-5 years as a Validation Technician in engineering firms, Quality Assurance, Quality and Organization Technicians, or Documentation Technicians in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial sectors. * **Education**: * Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy Degree, or equivalent. * **Technical Knowledge**: * Regulations on good practices and validation for the pharmaceutical, chemical, or biological industry. * Advanced proficiency in **Office 365**, **EKON**, robotics, and personnel management. * **Languages**: * Spanish, Catalan, and English (B2\-C1\); French (B2\-C1\) and Portuguese (B2\-C1\) are desirable. * **Key Competencies**: * Advanced written and interpersonal communication skills. * Decision-making, planning, and organizational skills. * Autonomy, proactivity, and analytical ability. * Achievement- and customer-oriented mindset. * **Other**: * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * National and international geographic mobility (20%). **Benefits** -------------- **What we offer:** * Location: Sant Fruitós de Bages * Hybrid work model: office-based and remote work. * Professional development in a cutting-edge sector. * A dynamic, high-expectation environment where quality and innovation are our top priorities. * At AIRPLAN, S.A., we value diversity and promote an inclusive environment where all employees have equal opportunities to grow and develop.
