Job Summary: An experienced bricklayer is sought for construction tasks including wall erection, formwork, floor slabs, waterproofing, and finishing, ensuring structural precision. Key Highlights: 1. Duties include wall erection, formwork, and floor slab construction, as well as waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and plastering. It is essential to ensure that structures are perfectly straight and level. A minimum of three years' experience is required, along with a valid Class B driver's license. Training in occupational risk prevention (60 hours) and bricklaying (20 hours) is considered an advantage. Working conditions include an indefinite contract and full-time hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00\. Salary is governed by the Construction Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
