




Job Summary: We are seeking a trainer to deliver modules on reproduction and archiving, ACTIC, and personal branding for job search, with teaching and assessment responsibilities. File 2026\-CL\-05: Training Offer in Priority Areas (FOAP) \- Call for selection of personnel to fill one position of OFFICE SOFTWARE TRAINER for the following training modules: \- MF0971 Reproduction and Archiving (106 hours) from the training action ADGG0408 Auxiliary Administrative Services Operations. \- FCOI18 ACTIC: Communication and Collaboration Using Digital Tools – Basic Level (40 hours) \- FCOO08 Creating and Managing Personal Branding and Social Networks for Job Search (35 hours) Essential Requirements: \- Required qualification: • Bachelor’s degree, engineer, architect, or equivalent undergraduate degree; or • Diploma, technical engineer, technical architect, or equivalent undergraduate degree. \- Required professional experience: • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience, certified in the sector. \- Required teaching experience: • Professional Teaching Qualification Certificate for Levels A, B, and C of the Vocational Training System, and/or • Minimum of 600 hours’ teaching experience within the last 5 years. \- Proficiency in the Catalan language at level C1, as defined by Article 11 of Law 1/1998 of 7 January on Linguistic Policy. This shall be accredited via the Catalan Language Proficiency Certificate (Level C1) issued by the Secretariat for Linguistic Policy or an equivalent certification. In case documentary proof of the required Catalan language proficiency cannot be provided, candidates must pass a specific test to demonstrate adequate knowledge of the Catalan language. Additional merits considered: \- Certified teaching experience in the three training modules applied for. The OFFICE SOFTWARE TRAINER performs the following tasks: \- Deliver theoretical and practical classes to students enrolled in the training modules described within the FOAP 2025 programme and all related activities. \- Provide services in accordance with EMFO’s training methodology, as outlined in the Trainer’s Manual. \- Collect classroom materials, resources, and keys prior to each training session and return them upon session completion. \- Forecast required materials for practical sessions well in advance. \- Where applicable, provide written course content documentation in digital format well in advance. \- Use software provided by EMFO or free software (preferably LibreOffice, OpenOffice, or similar). \- Hold periodic meetings with the training action tutor. \- Report daily to the tutor regarding student attendance. \- Develop assessment tests, evaluate students, grade tests, and submit them to the tutor. * 2 years’ experience. Professional and teaching experience in the sector. * Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Degree * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Teaching experience in the same training modules applied for, * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (181 hours \- annual working hours) * Other relevant information: \- Part-time position \- Morning shifts from 9:00 to 14:00. \- €20.66/hour gross.
