Responsibilities: * Client attention and advisory services at the store. * Preparation of quotations. * Maintenance and management of the kitchen software (updating article codes and prices). * Management (SAP), processing, and tracking of supplier orders. * After\-sales support. * Communication of news and updates. * Commercial and administrative management within the kitchens section. Conditions: * Collective agreement: Wood Warehouse Workers, Barcelona. * Salary: As per collective agreement (14 payments per year). * Working hours: Full\-time. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00 and 14:30–18:00, plus a 30\-minute break. * Summer schedule: 05/06/26 to 04/09/26, Fridays 08:00–14:00. From 27/07/26 to 27/08/26, Mondays to Thursdays 07:00–15:00. * Contract type: Indefinite. Start date: Immediate. Requirements * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) * Preferred: \- Knowledge or training in wood, carpentry, or related fields. + Training or experience in AutoCAD or industrial furniture\/kitchen design software (Autokitchen, kitchendraw). + SAP knowledge. * Requirements: \- Minimum: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). + Residence in Vic or within a 30 km radius. + Prior experience in the wood sector. + Minimum 2 years of prior experience in customer service and furniture project design using industrial design software (TEOWIN\/TOP SOLID preferred). + Experience preparing quotations. + Advanced Catalan and Spanish.
