Job Summary: Support the product procurement flow to our warehouses by managing purchase orders from product suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage purchase orders from product suppliers 2. Supervise warehouse receipts and resolve incidents 3. Its headquarters are located in Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona). **Mission:** As a Procurement Officer at Pro a Pro, your mission will be to support the product procurement flow to our warehouses, working from the company’s headquarters, where you will manage purchase orders (entry, tracking, claims in case of incidents, etc.) from our product suppliers. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of warehouse receipts (system level) * Organization of EXW transportation * Supervision of order integration * Placing orders with suppliers * Supplier order confirmation * Creation and monitoring of incoming deliveries * Tracking and resolution of incidents * Communication and coordination with other departments * Compliance monitoring and KPI attainment **Requirements:** * 1\-3 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge and experience with SAP. * Intermediate English. * Advanced Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills. **What We Offer:** * Flexible working hours and a shortened workday on Fridays. * Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and competencies. * Opportunity to join a highly skilled professional team. * Excellent working environment and opportunities for professional development. * Remote work for two days per week. * Meal vouchers; pension plan available after two years of service.
