Its specialty lies in durum wheat semolina pasta cooked "al dente", distinguished by its technique, texture, and authenticity. Additionally, the group owns Kuro, an award-winning Japanese restaurant holding a Michelin star. Currently, the group is preparing to expand into Europe with a new Bernacca Bottega, scheduled to open in March in Barcelona's Gràcia district. **Full Job Description** **We are looking for a Bartender** who is creative and passionate about mixology to join our team and deliver a unique experience to our customers. **Who Are You?** * A professional bartender with experience and knowledge of cocktails and beverages. * Passionate about mixology and customer service, with a positive attitude. * Organized and capable of working in a dynamic environment. * Knowledgeable about wines and spirits, with skills to recommend pairings. **What Will You Do?** * Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beverages, and appetizers. * Create new cocktail recipes aligned with the restaurant’s concept. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and workspace. * Deliver exceptional customer service, advising on beverages and pairings. * Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment. **What Do We Offer?** * The opportunity to join a solid and expanding project in Barcelona. * A professional, creative, and dynamic work environment. * A competitive salary commensurate with experience and merit. * Real opportunities for professional growth.
