Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager responsible for managing and supervising construction projects, involved in both design studies and on-site works. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills We are looking for a Site Manager who will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects to ensure proper execution. Your responsibilities will include tasks assigned by both the design department and the construction sites. This is a full-time, on-site position at our facilities in Granollers and at active construction sites across Catalonia (90% within the province of Barcelona). Requirements: Experience in construction project management, planning, supervision, cost control, etc. Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of concrete pathology. \- Technical knowledge of materials, structures, and construction procedures, etc. \- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to manage teams and ensure project quality. A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field, along with demonstrable prior experience in a similar role, will also be valued.
