We are currently seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join us as Second Store Manager for the Moda Re- and Beyondwear brands, with mobility across the Barcelona metropolitan area. Customer service and loyalty, with personalized attention. Store management: visual merchandising, cash handling, window displays, and overall organization. Sales performance analysis and implementation of action plans to achieve objectives. Inventory control: ordering, receiving, restocking, and stocktaking. Use of POS systems and keeping records and control sheets up to date. Coordination and task allocation among team members, considering their skills and strengths. Compliance with company-defined quality standards and occupational risk prevention (ORP). Active promotion of the Foundation’s values. * 2 years’ experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in point-of-sale management and team leadership. Availability for flexible scheduling within a rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / knowledge: Compulsory Secondary Education and/or Middle Grade in Commercial Activities. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1502 * Additional information of interest: Stability and growth: You will be part of an organization undergoing constant growth, with a strong social focus.
