If you have experience developing products in industrial environments, enjoy participating in complex technical projects from the design phase through to industrialization, and seek a solid environment in which to grow, add value, and collaborate with international clients, this could be your opportunity. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Conduct technical feasibility studies and cost analyses for new proposals, interpreting drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. * Manage product industrialization projects from the design phase through to production launch, including process definition, tooling, and ERP structure setup. * Coordinate and monitor outsourced production processes, ensuring compliance with technical, cost, and quality requirements. * Participate in continuous product and process improvement, optimizing costs and collaborating on resolution of quality issues. * Provide technical support to the commercial department and customers, delivering technical solutions and participating in occasional site visits as required. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract with an established company possessing a long-term vision. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, supporting work-life balance. * Salary to be agreed upon per candidate, based on experience and professional background. * Active participation in international projects. * Close and collaborative work environment. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial setting. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and office software. * Knowledge of work methodologies, as well as ISO 9001 \| ISO\-TS \| IATF 16949 \| ISO 14001 is desirable. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Proactive individual with social aptitude and team-oriented mindset. * High proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (B1\)
