




**Summary:** He will perform the administrative work of the accounting or treasury department. **Specific Responsibilities** * **Accountant:** * Process the administrative records coming into the area: Invoices, collections/other payment documents, payments... Ensure their approval by the corresponding manager and record it in the system. * Comply with the schedules defined for each of the tasks. * Promote service optimization by prioritizing the satisfaction of internal customers. * Contribute to the smooth running of the administration by detecting problems and proposing solutions. * Weekly review profit per item. * Prepare for tax filing: SII, VAT, IRPF * Consultation of notifications through digital certificate: AEAT, Social Security, Fines. * Daily review of MO closed and analisis of deviations. Act as a contact with ops. * Analysis of variances. * Daily review of M3 errors. * **Reporting support:** * + Prepare monthly reports for other depts (R\&D, BFC, Purcahsing Department,etc…) + Stock control (slow moving ítems, inventory cycle count, etc.). + Filling of National Institute of Statistics of Spain regarding business development. * **HR Support** * Support for internal attendance recording system * Support for internal communication channel with staff **Required Qualifications** * FP II/Higher Level Training: Technical training in the area. * Minimum 3 years in similar functions * Accounting and tax training * MS Office * Good level of English
