At **TA\-TUNG**, a company within the **PASTAS GALLO GROUP**, we are looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Manager to join our production plant in Sant Vicenç del Horts. **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensively manage plant safety and health in accordance with corporate guidelines. * Identify hazards, update risk assessments, and define preventive and corrective actions. * Manage and coordinate occupational health and safety training and information for plant workers. * Coordinate health surveillance with SPA. * Maintain the emergency and evacuation plan up to date and coordinate evacuation drills. * Analyze and investigate accidents: joint analysis with all involved parties and planning of improvements. * Monitor PRL KPIs and report results, as well as propose improvements. * Track implementation of the Action Plan and the Investment Plan. * Coordinate audits, inspections, and documentation. * Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production departments on all plant projects (new installations, RD1215, PCI), machinery procurement, and daily operational safety. * Supervise and participate in work permits issued by departments and manage coordination of intercompany activities. * Establish a safety culture across all organizational levels through awareness-raising initiatives. * Maintain active presence on the plant floor and in all forums to contribute the safety perspective. **Requirements:** * Master's degree covering all three Occupational Health and Safety specializations. * Minimum 3\-4 years of experience managing safety in an industrial environment. * Experience in executive and direct management of relationships with prevention delegates, Labor Inspection, accident analysis, RD1215, ATEX, work permits, ergonomics, and thermal stress. **What We Expect From You:** * Decision-making ability, leadership, and capacity to analyze priorities and strategy at any given moment. * Ability to balance autonomous work as part of the OHS team with collaborative work across other departments. * Ability to influence people and convey the prevention culture throughout the organization. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Professional development opportunity in a leading company. * Flexible working hours. * Flexible compensation. **If you meet the requirements and wish to further develop your career in a sector-leading company, this is your opportunity!**
