Civic Spaces Facilitator for the Youth in Practice Program – Training Contract. Requirements: - Young people aged over 16 and under 30. - Registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register as beneficiaries. - Registered at the corresponding Employment Office of the Catalan Public Employment Service as unemployed jobseekers (DONO). - Meeting the requirements to formalize a training employment contract for acquiring professional practice at the time of signing. (Studies must have been completed within the last three years, or within the last five years if contracted with a person with a disability, following contract formalization; the contract cannot be signed with individuals who already possess professional experience or have undertaken training activities in the same field within the company for more than three months—training periods or internships forming part of the curriculum required for obtaining the qualification or certification enabling this contract are excluded from this restriction.) - Proof of holding the relevant vocational training qualification (upper or medium level) or payment of fees for obtaining such qualification, or a Professional Certification as follows: Sociocultural Animation, Social Integration, or Civic Facilitation. Support all operational activities of the facilities; prepare rooms for activities; monitor activities carried out and collect evaluation indicator data; promote entity participation in organizing various activities; assist in preparing reports and activity records. * UPPER-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / Knowledge: Teamwork and proactivity; communication skills; social competencies; cultural interest; motivation and participation; flexible working hours * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time working schedule * Additional information of interest: Gross monthly salary of €1,312.07, paid in 14 installments. Flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday, 10–13 h and 16–20 h, with statutory breaks.
