All rights reserved. **About the Role** ------------------- **Temporary Production Operator** Perform paint manufacturing tasks following specified procedures and instructions, using tools and machinery safely to fulfill customer orders with maximum quality, and within established timeframes and costs. Report any potential incidents to the Supervisor and/or Team Leader. * Prepare required raw materials and verify the proper condition of machinery and tools; report/request resolution for any anomalies. * Manufacture products following recipes and production processes per formulations to meet daily production planning. * Monitor processes ensuring correct application of methods and machines per SOPs, toolbox talks, check\-lists, etc. * Package products following recipes and packaging processes per formulations. * Perform correct product labeling. * Conduct pre-quality controls ensuring proper execution of batches as described during manufacturing or in SOPs. * ETC **About You** ------------ * Vocational training (FP) or equivalent vocational cycles preferred; preferably Chemical Plant Operator. * Prior experience as a production operator in the chemical/industrial sector. * Knowledge of the local language; residence in the region; basic computer literacy. * **Interested in a temporary position** **What We Offer** -------------------- * Cafeteria benefits (**Subsidized cafeteria**) * Join a rapidly growing multinational company. * Temporary project. * Free parking. * Professional and personal development in a dynamic environment. * Free access to on-site Padel and Football courts.
