PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Description

We are looking for a production worker to work at our factory in Castellví de Rosanes. Production staff are required for the company located at the Castellví de Rosanes Industrial Park. The person will be responsible for performing production tasks on the line, packaging, and palletizing products. Their main responsibilities will be: \- Preparing materials for the production process. \- Loading and unloading machinery and production equipment. \- Ensuring operational efficiency and final product quality. \- Monitoring and resolving basic incidents on the production line involving both raw materials and finished products, always under the supervision of the assigned machine operator. \- Packaging, labeling, and strapping materials. \- Storing finished products in the warehouse following logistics personnel guidelines. \- Maintaining the workstation. \- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene regulations. \- Other duties inherent to the position. * 6 months’ experience. Minimum prior experience of 6 months in production environments. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Spanish (advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Competencies / knowledge: Valid forklift operator license. * Own vehicle availability * Driving licenses: B, A * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1800 * Other relevant information: \- Personal vehicle is mandatory. \- Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends is required, as the operation runs on a continuous cycle. \- Residence near Martorell or surrounding areas.
