Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual to optimize freight transportation, manage the logistics network, and collaborate with internal departments and providers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimization and management of freight transportation. 2. Collaboration with internal departments and transportation providers. 3. Opportunity for training and medical insurance. We are looking for an initiative-driven person to join our logistics operations team. Your role will focus on organizing and ensuring seamless freight transportation operations. This means analyzing volume data to develop plans that maximize efficiency in dispatches and loading. You will closely supervise the secondary transportation network, monitoring performance and ensuring consistently high quality. You will work hand-in-hand with the Operations Department and with teams responsible for secondary transportation in other locations. You will maintain daily contact with service providers, nurturing relationships and ensuring smooth coordination. You will also prepare reports on routes, vehicle load capacities, and other key day-to-day operational data. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver necessary transport documentation to drivers. Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. Prior experience in logistics centers or traffic departments is highly desirable. Proficiency in English—both spoken and written—is required, along with solid computer skills. We offer training and medical insurance. Higher Vocational Training qualification. A completed or ongoing university degree is preferred. Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles. Intermediate-to-advanced level of English (spoken and written). Intermediate-to-advanced computer literacy. Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills. Flexibility in working hours and adaptability.
