Knowledge of food hygiene and safety We are looking for personnel to work as a fruit handler in a leading agro-industrial company in Moguer. If you are interested in food handling and have prior experience on production lines, this opportunity may be right for you. Main responsibilities will include fruit classification and selection, ensuring compliance with quality criteria. You must also visually and manually identify and separate sound fruit from defective fruit, as well as remove any foreign objects from the product. Maintaining established quality and production standards is essential. You must remain vigilant for possible anomalies both in the fruit and in the work process, and promptly report them. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning equipment and maintaining your workstation in optimal condition, adhering strictly to food hygiene and safety regulations. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for continuity, rotating shifts, and a competitive salary according to the applicable collective agreement. What are we looking for in you? * Valid Food Handling Training certification. * Prior experience in fruit classification and work on agri-food production lines. * Knowledge of quality criteria according to fruit type. * Proper food handling practices. * Visual and manual identification of unsuitable fruit. * Classification by size, ripeness, and variety. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work standing up in humid or cold environments. * Proactive attitude and willingness to join a dynamic team.
