Join our team and help make every stay unforgettable!. **What are we looking for?** A passionate, creative, team-oriented, and dedicated **cook**, who shares our enthusiasm for gastronomy and wishes to contribute to the success of our fantastic culinary team, responsible for preparing dishes at various outlets, ensuring maximum quality and professionalism in service, with the following responsibilities: * Prepare and present national and international cuisine dishes, following established guidelines. * Ensure the highest quality in handling, storage, and presentation of food. * Verify and control the quality of received products and ingredients. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Demonstrate the ability to perform efficiently in dynamic environments, maintaining professionalism at all times. * Manage ingredient inventory, ensuring availability and optimal quality. * Assist in special preparations for events and activities organized at the Hotel. * Maintain the work area and equipment in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order. * Report any anomalies detected in the work area to your direct supervisor. * Strictly comply with occupational risk prevention regulations. **Essential requirements include:** * Vocational training in Cooking and/or related studies. * Demonstrable experience of at least 24 months performing these duties, with experience in hotels of similar or equivalent category being valued. * Food handling certificate. * Immediate availability to start. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning or afternoon).
