We specialize in selling automotive, industrial vehicle, and marine spare parts, as well as marketing high-quality paints for the automotive, marine, industrial, and decorative sectors. **Colors** is the name we have given to our stores dedicated exclusively to paint. Under this concept, we operate three locations in **Girona**, Figueres, and Roses. Our common denominator is a strong commitment to advising our customers above all else—providing them with the right product, along with correct application instructions, to achieve optimal results and maximum satisfaction. We are **paint specialists** across all domains—including decorative, industrial, automotive bodywork, marine, furniture, and fine arts—and supply a wide range of customers: from individual retail clients at the counter to sophisticated furniture manufacturers, as well as auto body shops, automotive and marine painting workshops, industrial facilities, etc. Currently, we are seeking to incorporate a new team member into our **Colors store in the central Girona location** (Mas Xirgu industrial park). We offer a stable position within a family-run project, in a supportive and close-knit working environment. The **contract is indefinite**, and working hours are split shifts from Monday to Friday (we are closed on weekends and public holidays). **Main responsibilities** The successful candidate will join a small, well-established team where everyone collaborates and supports each other on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include: * Serving customers in-store. * Answering phone calls and email inquiries. * Preparing paint orders. * Mixing paint according to specifications. * Receiving, inspecting, and stocking materials in the warehouse. * Managing delivery notes and providing basic administrative support. * Supporting sales staff with availability checks, pricing information, and order preparation. **Candidate profile** * Prior experience in paint preparation. * Experience in customer service or sales in similar environments (retail stores, warehouses, etc.). * Basic office software skills (email, Word, WhatsApp). * Organized, responsible, versatile, and eager to integrate into a stable team. * Ability to work collaboratively and contribute across various tasks.
