To cover an IT substitution, we are seeking a Multilingual Receptionist who not only welcomes guests but truly delights them—a meticulous, proactive, and deeply service-oriented individual, ready to work as part of a team. We are looking for someone who goes beyond simple guest reception, becoming an ambassador of the experience our hotel offers, capable of conveying the essence and quality of our service, making every guest feel unique and special from the very first moment. **What will you do?** * Be the friendly face of the hotel, providing a warm welcome and efficiently managing check\-in/check\-out procedures. * Attend to and fulfill guest requests, ensuring a pleasant stay. * Handle phone calls and keep guests informed. * Perform billing and payment tasks, including currency exchange. * Ensure smooth communication by accurately handing over relevant incident information between shifts. * Carry out precise and responsible cash register control and closing procedures. * Strictly comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. Essential requirements: * Minimum of 24 months of experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Fluency in English, Spanish, and German. * Relevant education related to the position and/or tourism sector is valued. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night). * Strong knowledge of PMS systems and basic understanding of social media. * Availability to cover a temporary contract.
