We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual eager to learn. **Are you interested in administration within an advertising agency?** At **OPC Publicidad**, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual eager to learn to join our team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. You will be part of a dynamic and professional environment, providing support for key tasks including invoicing, collections, and daily administrative management. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Support general administrative tasks. * Issue and record invoices and purchase orders. * Organize and digitize documentation. * Monitor collections and liaise with clients and suppliers. * Support Management. **What profile are we looking for?** * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or equivalent. * At least two years’ experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel. * Basic accounting knowledge. * Experience with or familiarity with ERPs (Holded is a plus). * Discreet, organized, and detail-oriented individual. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **What do we offer?** * 30-hour weekly schedule (morning shift) * Possibility of hybrid working mode Employment type: Permanent contract Education: * Higher Vocational Training (Mandatory) Experience: * Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
