Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you will work to establish a robust management framework that aligns the execution of all projects with the company’s business objectives. You will be responsible for professionalizing project culture, mentoring internal project managers, and leading critical initiatives to drive growth across our Fintech ecosystem. We seek someone who combines methodological rigor with advanced use of AI and automation so that our PMO is scalable from day one. **Key Responsibilities** * PMO Development: Contribute to the design and deployment of the PMO, defining processes and standards ensuring each project directly supports the company’s overall strategy. * Strategic Alignment: Ensure resources are allocated to the right priorities and that full visibility exists over milestone progress against business objectives. * Mentoring and Support: Support internal Project Managers in managing their portfolios by providing methodologies and resolving blockers to elevate delivery quality. * Direct Project Management: Lead high-priority projects, ensuring objective achievement within a highly dynamic Crypto environment. * Efficiency through AI: Implement real AI and workflow automation solutions to streamline reporting, risk tracking, and decision-making—enabling the PMO to be agile and results-oriented. **Requirements:** --------------- **What Are We Looking For?** * Professional Background: +5 years of solid Project Management experience, having actively participated in the creation, development, or scaling of a PMO—preferably in high-growth technology or Fintech environments. * Business Alignment: Demonstrable experience working closely with C-Level executives or Heads to ensure the project roadmap translates into tangible business outcomes (OKRs). * Methodological Expertise: Expert-level experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. Critical ability to select and adapt the appropriate framework based on each project’s nature (hybridization). * Practical Implementation of AI and Automation: We do not seek a casual user. You must have implemented functional use cases using LLMs and automation tools to optimize project management processes (e.g., project plan creation, task triage, automated reporting, etc.). * Soft Skills and Leadership: Communication skills for mentoring internal PMs and managing stakeholders.
