We are looking for someone capable of strategically managing clinic schedules, fully leveraging their capabilities, and accompanying each patient with close, professional, and excellent care from the very first contact. **What will be your primary responsibility?** Proper management and optimization of the clinic’s schedules: appointment organization, confirmations, patient follow\-up, reorganization of available time slots, and coordination with the team to help achieve objectives. **You will also be responsible for:** * In\-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support. * Appointment management, modifications, cancellations, and waiting lists. * Patient and pending treatment follow\-up. * Administrative organization and data updates. * Billing, quotations, and documentation. * Daily coordination with medical and technical staff. * Ensuring an exceptional patient experience before, during, and after their visit. **What do we require?** * Proven experience managing high\-volume appointment schedules. * Experience in customer or patient service. * Strong commercial ability and goal\-orientation. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Organization, agility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency with digital tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business. * A professional appearance, discretion, and sensitivity appropriate for a premium service. **We especially value:** * Prior experience in medical\-aesthetic, dental, healthcare, or private clinics. * Experience in reception roles at luxury hotels or upscale establishments. * Familiarity with the Flowww software. * Experience in commercial follow\-up and patient reactivation.
