Therefore, we seek to hire a responsible, proactive individual eager to contribute to our team from the warehouse area. **We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operator** to join our production team. Your role will be critical in ensuring our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. We value respect, collaboration, and the desire to learn every day, because we believe a positive working atmosphere and high-quality work go hand in hand. **What will you do daily?** \- **Order Picking:** Pick orders following the instructions on the delivery note, registering goods in the PDA. Collect required products to fulfill customer orders, ensuring correct quantities are included and proper palletization is performed. \- **Container Unloading:** Deconsolidate containers to palletize goods. Store products efficiently and safely in the warehouse, using organizational methods that facilitate retrieval and access. \- **Equipment Handling:** Safely operate equipment such as pallet trucks and other material handling equipment. \- **Warehouse Maintenance:** Keep the warehouse clean and organized; store products efficiently and safely in the warehouse, following established organizational methods. \- **Continuous Improvement:** Collaborate in continuous improvement of warehousing processes by contributing ideas. **What are we looking for in you?** \- Prior warehouse experience (minimum 2 years) \- Experience operating pallet trucks **Highly valued (but not mandatory):** \- Experience in the same industry **Your key skills:** * Ability to **work independently and collaboratively in a team**. * **Active listening** and fluent communication. * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely. · Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. · Willingness to embrace continuous improvement. **And here’s what we offer you:** * **Indefinite-term contract**, enabling you to grow with us long-term. * A professional environment where **people matter**. * **Continuous training and support** from day one. **Are you interested?
