




Position Summary: A leading company in the gaming industry is seeking an Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and general services, managing teams, resources, and technical processes. Technical and operational coordination and supervision A leading company in the gaming industry requires an Engineer capable of planning, coordinating, and supervising the technical and operational activities of the maintenance and general services department, through management of human teams, material resources, and technical processes—ensuring efficiency, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance across all organizational facilities and equipment, as well as leading the contracting of projects, resources, and specialized technical personnel. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, assigning tasks, supervising execution, and evaluating productivity and performance of personnel under supervision. 2\. Design and implement operational strategies, preventive and corrective maintenance plans, and continuous improvement measures aimed at energy and functional efficiency. 3\. Monitor the department’s allocated budget, including supplier contracting, procurement of materials, and evaluation of the technical and economic return on implemented actions. 4\. Establish procedures, internal standards, and technical intervention criteria in coordination with heads of other departments. 5\. Coordinate with other company departments on maintenance and service work execution, ensuring smooth, interference-free daily operations. 6\. Plan and manage technician shifts, schedules, and coverage, ensuring availability and suitability of human resources. 7\. Monitor external maintenance contracts, validating their technical, financial, and documentary compliance. 8\. Execute technical projects and contract specialized services or engineering personnel, ensuring alignment with company needs. 9\. Conduct periodic team meetings to communicate objectives, operational policies, technical updates, and implemented improvements. 10\. Collaborate with General Management in preparing technical reports and supporting strategic decision-making for the department. Carry out any other tasks inherent to the maintenance or services department as assigned by senior management. **EDUCATION/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:** \- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Building Engineering, Installation Engineering, or equivalent. \- Extensive experience in managing technical teams, resource planning, and operational direction of maintenance and installations. \- Knowledge of applicable technical regulations: industrial safety, occupational risk prevention, energy efficiency, public or private service contracting. \- Organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and experience managing demanding technical environments. Familiarity with the supplier market, materials, technical services, and technological solutions in the sector is desirable. **COMPETENCIES:** Technical-operational leadership.
