Collaborate with technical staff, under the supervision of management, in studying and developing each individual’s or group’s intervention plan. Specifically implement this intervention plan within the center’s educational project. **Profile:** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification as a social educator. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Ability to model behavior for minors by serving as a behavioral example. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual criminal records. High motivation for educational work with minors. Strong learning capacity. Persuasive and influential.
