Supervising the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations We require a chef to join a hospitality business located in the southern area of Maspalomas. Main responsibilities include planning and preparing a variety of dishes while consistently ensuring quality control. The selected candidate will also actively collaborate in menu creation and design. Additionally, they will supervise the rest of the kitchen team in their daily tasks, ensuring efficient and coordinated operation of the department. Working hours will be full-time, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday. A rotating morning and afternoon shift will be offered, with schedules between 08:00 and 14:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable.
