As a Studies Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and managing construction bids and budgets. You will collaborate with the project team to ensure the technical and economic viability of projects, and serve as a key reference during the preliminary studies phase for strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of budgets and bids: Develop and manage construction bids, ensuring competitiveness and economic viability of each project. * Project study and analysis: Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, guaranteeing compliance with established requirements. * Budgeting and measurement of works: Perform measurements, calculations, and detailed budgets for construction works, ensuring the economic viability of projects. * Cost control: Carry out cost control during the study phase and analyze the projected profitability of projects. * Coordination with the construction team: Collaborate closely with the construction team and other departments to ensure bid accuracy and appropriate decision-making. * Management of technical documentation: Prepare and organize the technical and economic documentation required for bid submissions. * Negotiation and supplier management: Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the most competitive prices and ensure the viability of the proposed budget. * Report preparation: Draft technical reports on the progress of studies, costs, measurements, and any other aspects related to projects. * Project closure and evaluation: Conduct final evaluations of studies, analyzing costs and forecasts for continuous improvement. Requirements * Relevant education (Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in studies and budget preparation within the construction sector. * Solid knowledge of construction regulations and standards. * Analytical skills and budgeting expertise. * Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Presto, AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP systems. * Experience working with technical and economic project documentation. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Location: Lleida.
