The primary task is to ensure equipment operates correctly, performing necessary technical adjustments to maintain quality standards. It is essential to comply with safety regulations at all times during daily work to prevent incidents. The contract is temporary, adapting to the plant’s operational needs. The job includes rigorous control over production flows, monitoring manufacturing cycles, and reporting any anomalies. Attention to technical details and prompt response to changes on the assembly line are required. The position is full-time and requires availability to work rotating shifts in a dynamic and demanding factory environment. Medium-level Vocational Training qualification in any field with prior experience in factory environments, or Medium-level Vocational Training qualification in specific fields such as electronics, electricity, mechatronics, or chemistry. A personal vehicle is required for commuting, and full availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts is mandatory.
