Job Summary: We are seeking a sociosanitary care professional to provide comprehensive home-based support across various personal care and household maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding at home 2. Organization and participation in leisure activities and accompanying users outside the home 3. Assistance with transfers, mobilizations, and postural changes We are looking for a person to provide home-based support in the Tamaraceite area of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications: Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons at Home or in Social Institutions; Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Nursing Assistant or Sociosanitary Care Technician; or Technician in Care for Dependent Persons. At least one year of prior experience in similar positions is desirable, as well as basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management. Main responsibilities include direct assistance to users in their homes, following established guidelines. This includes helping and supervising personal grooming and hygiene, dressing, footwear, and feeding. Household maintenance tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and ironing will also be performed. Assistance will be provided for transfers, mobilizations, and postural changes, as well as for leisure activities conducted at home. Accompaniment outside the home—such as for walks or medical appointments—will also be offered. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 and 18:00 hours, according to the assigned shift roster. A temporary contract is offered.
