Job Description: **Asidma Social Services** is seeking socio-healthcare professionals for the position of Home Care Assistant in various municipalities of Gran Canaria and Tenerife. Candidates must hold one of the following qualifying credentials: * Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAE) * Dependency Care Technician (TAPSD) * Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare Assistance for People in Social Institutions / At Home. Owning a personal vehicle and having flexible availability will be positively considered. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Personal hygiene and grooming assistance for the service user, as well as help with feeding and dressing. * Transfers, transportation, and mobilization within the home; postural changes. * Activities of daily living essential to user care and support; promoting personal autonomy in everyday life. * Medication administration; prescription management. * Encouraging appropriate use of prescribed technical aids and environmental adaptations. * Collection and management of prescriptions and documents related to the service user’s daily life. * Household maintenance, as well as promoting optimal hygiene habits in routine family environment activities. * Supporting any activity of daily living that the user, due to their condition, cannot perform independently.
