Position Summary: Tragsatec is seeking an Architect to review grant files in Granada, providing technical support, documentation analysis, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in drafting resolution proposals. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Architect \- Review of grant files in Granada **Work Location** -------------------- * Granada **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Technical support for inquiries from stakeholders interested in the call. Assistance in reviewing and verifying applications, and support in preparing requests. * Support in reviewing and analyzing documentation, as well as in preparing technical reports and proposals. * Support in drafting provisional and final resolution proposals. Control and review of documentation submitted by applicants. * Support in preparing final construction documentation. * Verification of investment prior to disbursement of the subsidy. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process documents certifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture or a Bachelor’s + Official Master’s degree qualifying for architectural practice (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 3 months to 2 years of experience in administrative management of European Union funding grants (specify in CV). * 3 months to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects with improved energy efficiency in buildings (specify in CV). * 3 months to 2 years of experience in preparing Energy Efficiency Certificates (specify in CV). * 3 months to 2 years of experience in drafting building assessment reports (specify in CV). * 3 months to 1 year of experience using the REHABILITA software tool (specify in CV). **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 9 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time work schedule.
