If this resonates with you, **we want to meet you!** **Your Responsibilities** * Negotiate and purchase motorcycles from both private individuals and professionals to expand our inventory. * Verify that motorcycles meet our established minimum quality standards. * Manage claims and/or returns if the motorcycle fails to meet the seller’s specifications. * Manage potential customers through motorcycle purchases as a form of payment for another motorcycle. * Deliver online customer service for 95% of interactions, ensuring an unparalleled experience. **We’re Looking For Someone Who** * Has at least 1 year of prior experience in this sector. * Loves motorcycles and holds an A2/A license. * Enjoys teamwork and is goal-oriented. * Possesses outstanding commercial skills and excels in interpersonal communication. * Understands the motorcycle market. * Performs well under pressure. **What We Offer** * Fixed annual salary between €18,000 and €20,000 gross + substantial purchase commissions (ranging from €500 to €1,800 gross extra per month) * Permanent position with an indefinite contract of 40 weekly hours (weekly rotating shifts Monday–Friday, either 09:30–18:30 or 11:30–20:30, including a 1-hour lunch break; plus one Saturday per month, 10:00–19:00, with a 1-hour lunch break). * Discounts with partner companies. * Company-subsidized health insurance covering 50%.
