




Position Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to welcome and attend to guests, manage reservations and collections, and collaborate with other departments, in accordance with Accor’s quality standards. Collaborate with other departments, including F\&B, to ensure an excellent guest experience. Follow Accor’s quality standards and procedures. Requirements Prior experience in hotel reception is preferred (experience in chain hotels is a plus), though not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates the right attitude. Professional-level English (a second language is a plus). Positive attitude, guest orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team and on rotating shifts.
