Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge for building security, access control, equipment monitoring, and emergency management, on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Building security and access control 2. Monitoring proper operation of equipment 3. Leadership in evacuations and emergency assistance We are looking for personnel for the concierge position. A Basic General Education diploma or E.S.O. qualification will be valued, as well as basic user-level computer skills. Prior experience in similar positions will also be considered. Main duties will include building security and access control, monitoring proper operation of condominium equipment, and mail reception. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for leading evacuations and assisting others in case of emergencies or incidents. This position offers a part-time work schedule, with morning or afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday. The contract will be temporary.
