Supervision of safety, quality, schedules, and costs We are seeking a **Construction Manager** with experience in executing railway tunnel projects for our client — an infrastructure group that began as a local company in Spain and, over more than 50 years, has evolved into an international group with presence across Europe and Latin America, capable of delivering complex projects in strategic sectors. It is a global benchmark in civil and industrial infrastructure construction and development, with a consolidated position in renewable energy, industrial, real estate, and concession sectors. You are invited to join an innovative tunnel adaptation project involving various interventions in railway infrastructure and superstructure, including: Tunnel cross-section enlargement Lowering of the railway substructure Track and sleeper renewal Execution of new ballast shoulders Drainage improvements Electrification and railway systems Additionally, slab track will be installed in some tunnels to optimize the railway clearance gauge. This project requires close coordination with ADIF and active management of works on operational railway lines. **Responsibilities:** Comprehensive management of railway construction works. Planning and coordination of tunnel works. Organization of teams, machinery, and production resources. Direct coordination with ADIF and other key project stakeholders. Supervision of safety, quality, schedules, and costs of the works. Technical monitoring of all infrastructure and superstructure railway interventions. **Requirements:** Education: Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 5 years as Construction Manager in tunnel or complex infrastructure projects, and over 10 years as Construction Manager overall.
