Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Repair Technician for our rental fleet, responsible for repairs, monitoring, and ensuring quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participation in stock management and quality control **Description:** ---------------- Micofer by Empatif is looking for a Maintenance and Repair Technician for an important engineering company, to be based at its facility in Bergondo. Responsibilities: * Repair of rental fleet equipment and other incoming products/tools. * Detailed recording of repair activities in the management system. * Consultation and interpretation of electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics. * Continuous training on product design, operation, and basic repairs. * Proper storage of repaired equipment and participation in inventories and stock control as required. * After-sales technical support. * Compliance with applicable legal regulations (Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards). * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace. Offer: * Initial contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with potential transition to the client company upon satisfactory performance. * Full-time position with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Intermediate or higher vocational training in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in industrial equipment maintenance or repair. * Desired knowledge: Hydraulics and pneumatics. * Proficiency in management systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Languages: Intermediate English (B2\). * Prior experience in the wind energy sector is a plus. * Leadership and coordination skills; initiative, results orientation, and teamwork ability.
